Issue Closed – Long Island Network of Community Services, Inc.

GATES Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed (i) a $4,050,000 issue and; (ii) two commercial credit facilities in the aggregate amount of $775,000 for the benefit of the Long Island Network of Community Services, Inc. (“LINCS”). The financing was for the current refunding of an outstanding bond issue. The refunding bonds were issued through the Suffolk County Economic Development Corporation and generated significant cash flow savings to LINCS.

The Long Island Network of Community Services, Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation founded in 1997 as a community-based agency working to enhance the programs of publicly supported health and human service organizations, including its affiliate agency BiasHELP, Inc. LINCS assists Long Island nonprofit agencies with their infrastructure, capacity building, fund-raising events and joint community programs in conjunction with other local agencies regarding major health and social issues across Long Island. LINCS is also fully committed to the ongoing support and development of its partnering agency, the Long Island Association for AIDS Car, Inc.
